Reimagine Resources, LLC. is hiring a Part-Time E-Commerce & Digital Administrative Assistant to support website updates, data entry, and introductory SEO optimization.

This remote role is suited for a self-motivated, detail-focused college student or graduate with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a structured team. You will manage product listings, images, and alt text, perform basic SEO adjustments, and maintain organization across spreadsheets and records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet for remote work.
• Strong written communication and comfort with digital collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Add/update product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, specs, and tags.
• Upload and organize product images per brand standards.
• Write/update descriptive alt text for images to support accessibility and SEO.
• Perform basic SEO updates on product titles and categories per guidelines.
• Enter and audit digital spreadsheets, inventory logs, and administrative records.
• Support customer email segmentation and site operations as needed.
• Maintain high accuracy in data entry and catalog updates.
