Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Configure and manage Dynamics Marketing components including events and scheduling.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities with Dynamics CE data and workflows.
• Work with Microsoft Dataverse for data modeling and application development.
• Develop backend services using .NET and C#.
• Build scalable, secure integrations and services on Microsoft Azure.
