Job summary

DMI, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to support application development under CLIN 0004, translating ABMC stakeholder requirements into structured sprint deliverables for Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, and related business apps.

This role owns requirements documentation, functional design, backlog management, and UAT coordination, working with ABMC staff to ensure iterations are authorized, documented, and delivered within Change Control Board requirements.

Qualifications

• Government-deliverable documentation experience including Requirements Summaries, Functional Designs, Test Plans, Release Notes.
• Experience with sprint-based delivery models (Scrum/SAFe) and backlog/iteration planning.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or equivalent backlog/project tracking tools.
• Experience coordinating UAT with government stakeholders, including defect documentation and resolution tracking.
• Knowledge of federal IT documentation standards and change control processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements discovery with ABMC stakeholders and produce Requirements Summary documents.
• Develop Functional Design documents for Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Power Automate.
• Manage the sprint backlog across monthly and bi-monthly planning cycles with prioritization and effort estimation.
• Coordinate UAT with ABMC stakeholders and document defects and resolutions.
• Prepare and maintain Backlog and Iteration Plans for ABMC access.
• Document application metadata, data flows, interface points, security roles, configurations, and release history.
• Verify all deliverables meet Section 508 accessibility before ABMC acceptance.
• Coordinate velocity reporting with the Senior Dynamics Developer and Project Manager.
