About the Role:

The D365 Developer will play a key role in developing, enhancing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) while integrating with third-party systems such as Paychex, Concur, and other enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with strong experience across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL.

Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules and workflows.
Design and implement integrations between D365 and external systems (e.g., Paychex, Concur, and other financial or HR applications).
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Build and optimize data models and dashboards in Power BI.
Utilize Power Automate to streamline business processes and automate workflows.
Develop and maintain reports using SQL and other BI tools.
Work within Azure Cloud environments for deployment, data management, and solution hosting.
Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for D365 F&O and integrated systems.

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
Proven experience integrating D365 with third-party applications (Paychex, Concur, etc.).
Strong proficiency with Azure Cloud Services, Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL.
Experience working with APIs, data transformations, and middleware integration tools.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
