Job summary

Pharmacy Careers is seeking a Remote DUR Pharmacist to analyze medication use patterns, apply clinical guidelines, and collaborate with providers — all from home.

This role conducts prospective, concurrent, and retrospective reviews, evaluates prescribing patterns, and prepares recommendations to optimize therapy and safety.

We welcome pharmacists with PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy, managed care or PBM experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset, detail orientation, and strong written and verbal communication are essential.
• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree required; hospital, community, or managed-care experience is a plus.
• Experience with managed care, PBM, or health-plan environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate prescribing patterns against clinical guidelines and formulary criteria.
