Qualifications

• Extensive experience handling business transactions including formations, governance, acquisitions, and sales.
• Experience with private equity and M&A transactions is highly preferred.
• Analyzes legal risks, structures and negotiates transactions, reviews and drafts agreements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legal risks in complex transactions and structure deals.
• Negotiate and draft transactional agreements with input from stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams on gift and asset-related matters.
