Job summary

Cognizant seeks a senior Drupal Architect to define and govern enterprise Drupal solutions that deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing digital experiences. You will collaborate with customers, stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and delivery leaders to drive platform implementations and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years leading Drupal architecture and enterprise platform implementations.
• Strong Drupal 9, 10, and 11 architecture, development, custom modules, and integrations.
• Hands-on Acquia ACSF and enterprise-scale Drupal ecosystems.
• Deep multisite architecture, deployment strategies, governance, and cloud-hosted Drupal environments.
• Experience leading technical teams as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Technical Lead with client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Drupal architecture for enterprise and multisite platforms.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, roadmaps, and platform strategies.
• Drive architecture reviews, code reviews, and governance for quality, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support delivery, modernization, and release planning.
