Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct drug utilization reviews (prospective, concurrent, retrospective).
• Evaluate prescribing patterns against guidelines and formulary criteria.
• Identify interactions, duplications, and inappropriate therapy; recommend optimized therapy.
• Document reviews and ensure compliance with state, federal, and health-plan requirements.
• Contribute to quality-improvement initiatives and pharmacy program development.
