Ideal candidates have a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy and experience in managed care or PBMs; strong analytical and communication skills are essential. This role offers remote flexibility and opportunities to impact patient care at scale.

Formación

• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree required.
• Managed care, PBM, or health-plan experience preferred; hospital/community pharmacists welcome.
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct drug utilization reviews (prospective, concurrent, and retrospective).
• Evaluate prescribing patterns against guidelines and formulary criteria.
• Identify interactions, duplications, and inappropriate therapy.
• Prepare recommendations to optimize therapy and reduce risk.
• Document reviews and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to quality-improvement initiatives and program development.
