Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Drug Information Technical Writer for a remote role based in the United States. The person will create, edit, review, and publish drug-related documentation across multiple platforms, collaborating with SMEs, trainers, and management.

Responsibilities include maintaining existing documentation, developing new SOPs and user guides, and ensuring accuracy of clinical pharmacy documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical or process‑specific documentation.
• Eligible to work in the United States without a work visa or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of Prime's tools (Microsoft Office Suite, RxCLAIM, Benefit Edit Tool, IBM Notes, CoverMyMeds, Clinical Review Engine, MSA, Clinical Operations Review Engine, and Prime Knowledge Resources) to document processes and write user guides.
• Write, edit, review, and publish all current documentation on a regular rotation; update ad‑hoc as needed, communicating changes.
• Create new documentation (standard operating procedures, desktop procedures, job aids, user guides, training materials, process flows) before client or process implementation.
• Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and business process analysts to ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
