Drug Hunter is seeking a rigorous data curator to cover emerging drug discovery patents and disclosures. You will triage and curate data from scientific papers and patents, interpreting chemical structures and biological data to surface the most important insights for readers.

The role requires 3–5 years in data curation within biotech or pharma, strong attention to accuracy, and familiarity with chemoinformatics tools and databases.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience focused on data curation in biotech/pharma.
• Experience interpreting chemical structures and biological data.
• Familiarity with patent literature and primary sources is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and curate data from drug discovery literature and patents.
• Interpret chemical structures and biological data for readers.
• Maintain rigorous data curation standards and construct databases.
• Collaborate with Scientific and Data teams to surface insights.
• Understand R&D processes from target discovery to development.
• Support cross-disciplinary work across teams in a fast-paced startup.
