Vay in Las Vegas is hiring a Remote Driver to operate vehicles from a driving station on public streets. You will be part of an in-person team at our Las Vegas office, helping to launch our remote driving platform while delivering excellent customer service to riders.

The role offers training and a pay range of $18–$25 per hour, with potential safety bonuses after training, and opportunities to grow within a fast-moving mobility project.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US driver’s license.
• Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience.
• Able to pass a drug test including THC.
• Comfort with digital interfaces and smart devices.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Passionate about autonomous vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Remotely operate vehicles from a driving station.
• Act as Safety or Teledriver for vehicle testing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to Vay users.
• Support engineering teams with data collection and test reports.
• Assist with fleet and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
