Job summary

Vay is hiring a Field Support Agent in Las Vegas for the afternoon shift on a part-time basis. You will help maintain fleet readiness by rebalancing vehicles, charging, cleaning, and performing checks to ensure road readiness.

You will also assist with testing and training activities as we expand our cutting-edge autonomous mobility solutions. The role emphasizes hands-on vehicle care, safety responsibilities, and support for a flexible, tech-forward team in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US driver's license.
• Available for afternoon shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Rebalance vehicles to key Las Vegas locations to maintain fleet availability.
• Charge, clean, and perform quality checks on vehicles for customers.
• Act as a safety driver during training and testing sessions.
• Complete checklists and documentation to certify vehicles are road-ready.
• Occasionally deliver vehicles to customers and assist with pickups.

You'll work hands-on with our vehicle fleet, making sure they're ready for action - clean, charged, rebalanced, and road-ready. You'll also contribute directly to testing and training processes, all while supporting a groundbreaking mobility solution in the vibrant city of Las Vegas.

The pay for this part-time role is $18 and is paid bi-weekly.

What you'll be driving

• Rebalancing vehicles to key locations across Las Vegas to ensure optimal fleet availability
• Charging, cleaning, and performing quality checks on vehicles to deliver the best customer experience
• Acting as a safety driver during vehicle training and testing sessions
• Completing checklists and documentation to certify vehicles are safe and ready for on-road deployment
• Occasionally delivering vehicles directly to customers and assisting with pickups

What are we looking for

• A responsible and safety-conscious driver with a valid US driver's license
• Willingness to work afternoon shifts and weekends (2:00pm to 11:00pm, 5 days over 7)
• Ability to pass a drug screening, including THC
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a strong troubleshooting mindset
• An interest in autonomous vehicles and future mobility
• Resilient and comfortable working in a dynamic, tech-forward environment

What are we looking for

• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends (9:30pm to 6:30am, ideally Wed - Sat)
• Ability to pass a drug screening, including THC
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a strong troubleshooting mindset
• An interest in autonomous vehicles and future mobility
• Resilient and comfortable working in a dynamic, tech-forward environment

Due to insurance requirements, this role requires drivers to be 25 years of age or older.
