HCA Healthcare's Parallon division seeks an experienced Inpatient Coding Auditor to perform internal quality assessments of coders, ensuring compliance with national guidelines and company policies. The role focuses on accurate, complete coding to support reimbursement and data integrity while communicating outcomes to the HSC team.

You will lead reviews, support staff adherence, and apply expert knowledge of medical coding practices in a work-from-home capacity.

Qualifications

• Background in Facility Inpatient Coding and DRG Validation.
• Experience performing quality reviews of coding across inpatient/outpatient settings.
• Knowledge of coding guidelines and hospital policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality reviews for inpatient/outpatient coding.
• Ensure adherence to coding guidelines and policy.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy targets (≥95%).
