Job summary

A healthcare recruitment agency is seeking a Clinical Coding Auditor & Trainer for a primarily remote role, requiring travel to New York twice a year. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
• RN, PA, MD, APRN, DO or MBBS license required.
• Training or auditing experience in a managed care or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of staff work and present findings to management.
• Responsible for all aspects of broad auditing projects.
• Conduct training needs analysis for clinical and coding staff.
• Maintain records of auditing and training activities.
