Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years or more in a functional service area (e.g., payroll, leaves, benefits).
• Two years or more relevant work experience (data uploads, org changes).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office environment (intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for drug and alcohol program with policy interpretation.
• Complete complex transactions and monitor program processes with accuracy.
• Provide guidance in DOT/FMCSA compliance and pre/post-employment activities.
• Work in a fast-paced environment using multiple applications to manage transactions.
