Job summary

Techcow is seeking a Data Analyst with strong Domo experience to join our remote, full-time team. You will build dashboards, manage data pipelines, and translate complex information into insights for law firm clients.

You will work directly with clients to gather requirements, present findings, and ensure data accuracy across dashboards and reports, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver actionable business insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Strong experience with Domo (required).
• Proficiency in SQL and data transformation.
• Experience working with legal CMS platforms such as Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Neos or CloudLex.
• Understanding of Personal Injury workflows, case lifecycle, and key performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and dataflows within Domo
• Design and manage ETLs, including data extraction, transformation, and validation
• Integrate data from legal CMS platforms (Filevine, SmartAdvocate, CloudLex, etc.) and other business tools
• Conduct client-facing meetings to gather requirements and present insights
• Translate legal workflows and case lifecycle stages into clear reporting structures
• Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities within client data
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting
• Maintain documentation and support ongoing client needs
