Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Security Architecture & Engineering Lead in Reston, VA to serve as the cybersecurity technical authority for the Rock Island Arsenal prototype integration and accreditation efforts.

You will lead RMF, STIG, ACAS, and artifact development to obtain IATT/IATO/ATO, coordinating with government stakeholders and DoD enterprise environments to ensure secure, mission-ready systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8–12 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience leading security architecture and engineering activities throughout the SDLC for complex DoD systems.
• Experience developing and implementing cybersecurity architectures for multiple hardware, software, networking, and OT components in DoD environments.
• Experience planning and executing RMF, including RMF artifacts to obtain IATT/IATO/ATO.
• Experience developing and maintaining RMF documentation (SSPs, SAPs, SARs, POA&Ms, eMASS).
• Experience STIGs, ACAS scanning, vulnerability remediation, and security documentation for DoD systems.
• Experience identifying and mitigating cybersecurity risks when integrating multiple vendor systems into DoD networks.
• Experience leading technical integration across disciplines with DoD policies and RMF.

Responsibilities

• Develop the cybersecurity integration strategy for multiple OEM sensing technologies into the RIA prototype while balancing mission effectiveness and cybersecurity compliance.
• Collaborate with Government, Leidos teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure secure integration and accreditation artifacts supporting IATT/IATO/ATO.
