Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Digital Architect within the Enterprise Architecture Team to shape and deliver digital technology architecture across strategic and tactical programs. This remote US-based role requires DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship.

You will use TOGAF, Zachman, Scaled Agile, and DoDAF to guide architecture, mentor teams, and collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and business units to drive modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in enterprise architecture or related roles.
• Experience in agile frameworks (SAFe) and architecture governance.

Responsibilities

• Create and own solution and portfolio architectures using TOGAF and ArchiMate.
• Participate in SAFe ART teams and provide technical leadership to agile teams.
• Lead design discussions with business and executives to align requirements.
• Mentor staff to grow capabilities as solution architects.
• Develop consistent architecture patterns across multiple teams.
• Support portfolio optimization and modernization through transformations.
