Responsibilities

• Review legal documents for responsiveness, relevance, confidentiality, and privilege.
• Perform document review to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including discovery and case preparation.
• Conduct legal research using industry-standard legal research platforms.
• Prepare and assist with legal documents, including memoranda, motions, briefs, and other case-related materials.
• Execute searches within document review platforms to locate relevant information.
• Organize, categorize, and maintain legal documents and case files.
• Support document production and ensure compliance with established review protocols.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support teams to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive legal information.
