Job summary

KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, is seeking actively licensed U.S. attorneys for ongoing remote Document Review projects.

In this project-based role, you will review documents for complex litigation matters, coding for relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege using Relativity or Nebula while maintaining security and accuracy. This is a temporary, contingent position with flexible hours.

Job description

KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, is seeking actively licensed U.S. attorneys for ongoing remote Document Review projects.

This role is ideal for attorneys who want an environment where they are respected and valued, and want to gain hands on experience with the discovery process across a variety of litigation matters.

About the Role

Document Reviewers will review documents for complex litigation matters using an electronic review platform to code for relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege. This position is project-based, and successful candidates will be considered temporary contingent employees.

• Active U.S. law license in good standing required.

• Must reside in Arkansas.

• Pay Rate: $28/hour

• Hours: Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours/week within Monday-Thursday: 7 AM-7 PM and Friday: 7 AM-5 PM

• Overtime may be available depending on project needs and client approval

• Fully remote work from home position

• This is a temporary, project based position with assignments varying by client demand.

• Electronic document review experience preferred (Nebula, Relativity, responsiveness, confidentiality, privilege review, issue coding, privilege logging).

• Team Lead or QC experience is desired.

• Secure home office with high speed internet.

• Computer running Windows 11 (23H2, 24H2, 25H2 or newer) - Windows 11 in S Mode not supported - or MacOS Sonoma (14), Sequoia (15), Tahoe (26) or newer.

• Apple or Android phone/tablet running iOS 17+ or Android 12+; Google Authenticator compatible with iOS 14+ or Android 6+.

• Strong proficiency with computers and remote work technology.

• Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to follow complex instructions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
