Responsibilities

• Review large volumes of documents (emails, contracts, financial records, discovery materials) for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and maintain document databases, tracking systems, and metadata for efficient retrieval and review.
• Assist in preparing legal briefs, discovery requests, and depositions by organizing and summarizing relevant information.
• Identify and redact sensitive or privileged information to protect client confidentiality and meet legal requirements.
• Compile detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Liaise with legal teams and compliance officers to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies.
