Qualifications

• Active California law license in good standing.
• Prior document review experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, Concordance, Viewpoint, or similar review platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze large volumes of documents accurately.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing electronic documents for relevance, responsiveness, privilege, confidentiality, and key case issues.
• Applying coding decisions in accordance with project protocols and review guidelines.
• Conducting L1, L2, QC, and privilege reviews as needed.
• Identifying potentially responsive, confidential, and privileged materials.
• Assisting with privilege logs and issue-spotting during review projects.
• Collaborating with review teams, project managers, and supervising attorneys to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Utilizing platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, and similar technologies to complete review assignments efficiently.
• Meeting productivity, quality, and deadline expectations across active matters.
