University of Phoenix is seeking a Doctoral Instructor to support instructional and academic excellence across doctoral programs. The role coordinates with administration and stakeholders to inform leadership about evolving student needs and quality improvements in education.

The position requires strong knowledge of research methodologies, experience leading doctoral faculty in online and in-person settings, and a commitment to engaging diverse adult learners while maintaining flexible hours

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a field related to the program content.
• Current University of Phoenix Associate Faculty member.
• Regional accreditation required.

Responsibilities

• Teach up to five classes per academic year across online, residency, or dissertation formats.
• Serve on dissertation committees or act as project chair or other roles as assigned.
• Support the research methodology team through peer review of content.
