Job summary
Aspen Group, Inc is seeking a full-time Assistant Program Director for the Doctor of Nurse Practitioner (DNP) Program. This is a REMOTE position, overseeing the DNP program administration and faculty in collaboration with program leadership.
The role includes leading program development, evaluation, and recruitment of faculty, with responsibilities for student outcomes, licensure exam prep, and community outreach. Remote work from home is supported with university tools and resources.
Qualifications
- DNP in Nursing required with at least 1 year of DNP experience.
- Unencumbered RN license in home state.
- Experience applying evidence to clinical practice.
- Experience with distance learning and online academic technology.
- Leadership experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to the DNP program.
- Oversee the Office of Field Experience and clinical sites.
- Facilitate learning through regular interaction and mentoring.
- Participate in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Support DNP Residency and live experiences.
