Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Division 8 Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience with Comsense is required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial doors, frames, and hardware.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Division 8 projects from post-award through closeout.
• Perform detailing and submittals for doors, frames, and hardware.
• Coordinate material ordering with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Oversee project schedules and deliverables.
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Utilize Comsense for project tracking and documentation.
