Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year healthcare inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to verify quantities, expiration dates and part numbers on packing slips.
• Familiarity with inventory software/systems.

Responsibilities

• Distribute supplies and linens throughout the hospital, moving and labeling items to correct locations.
• Verify quantities, expiration dates, and part numbers on packing slips and documents.
• Help manage backorder processes for customers and departments.
• Monitor supply expiration dates and inspect packaging for defects.
• Assist in recalls and par level management.
• Perform receiving and packing/shipping functions as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Process shipments to ensure orders are fulfilled the same day.
• Support weight-based ordering and linen inventory processes.
