Job summary

American AgCredit is seeking a Credit Resolution Specialist to perform financial analysis and due diligence for credit packages and loan servicing on troubled credits. You will support the Credit Resolution Relationship Manager in gathering data to inform credit decisions and analyze restructuring requests from start to finish.

You will handle actions like restructures, extensions, forbearances, and charge-offs, while aligning with underwriting standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in agribusiness or business administration preferred.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible banking or agricultural lending experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Manager in gathering information for credit decisions.
• Develop credit packages and loan servicing actions.
• Review credit information; determine need for additional information.
• Request appraisals, verifications, credit reports, lien searches as needed.
• Complete loan analysis with financial statements and cash flows.
• Prepare projections using historical data and budgets.
• Input financial data into systems for processing.
• Make approval recommendations consistent with underwriting standards.
• Participate in loan committee meetings as required.
• Monitor portfolio for servicing needs and compliance.
