Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a TPA or insurance carrier in the disability industry.
• 5+ years of disability payment and financial operations experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Advanced Excel and computer skills.
• Experience with general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of online accounting systems and securities transaction tax processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Disability tax and/or disability industry knowledge preferred.
• Proven ability to influence and lead others toward common goals.
