Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is recruiting a Director, Specialty Clinical Solutions/Medical pharmacy exp required - REMOTE. The role oversees clinical services, strategies, utilization management, and regulatory compliance for Medical Pharmacy & Specialty programs across customers.

You will lead clinical guidance, partner with account teams, and drive data-driven program enhancements, forecasting outcomes, affordability, and client value. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree.
• 7 years of work experience in medical pharmacy or Health Plan.
• Current pharmacist license to practice in the applicable state(s).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead clinical consultant and SME for assigned clients, guiding medical pharmacy and specialty programs.
• Partner with account management and business development to support client retention, growth opportunities, financial analyses, and new initiatives.
• Develop innovative medical pharmacy strategies through data-driven insights and program enhancements.
• Evaluate therapies and market trends to improve outcomes, affordability, and client value.
• Oversee client-facing medical pharmacy programs and utilization management solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand programs and recommend new solutions addressing evolving client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate program performance and drive reporting improvements.
• Lead development of client-facing clinical materials and industry publications.
• Represent the organization as a clinical expert and mentor through industry engagements.
