Job summary

Cityblock Health seeks a Director, Quality Operations to lead data governance and ensure the accuracy and integrity of quality measure reporting across contracts. You will own HEDIS specifications, audits, and the third-party engine, guiding data inputs, validations, and workflows.

You will build and mentor a small team, collaborate with clinical, operations, and IT partners, and drive continuous improvement to close data gaps before submission.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in healthcare (MHA, MBA, MPH) or related field.
• 7+ years in healthcare with quality reporting and operations.
• HEDIS expertise with audit experience.
• Excel and Google Sheets proficiency; coding knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HEDIS subject matter expert with knowledge of measures, data sources and reporting.
• Lead HEDIS audit readiness including preparation, documentation and response.
• Drive data completeness and accuracy across systems and close data gaps before submission.
• Own and optimize Cityblock's third-party HEDIS engine, including data inputs and validations.
