Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a senior leader to own provider network strategy across Missouri, including contracting, performance management, and market development. You will negotiate terms with hospitals and physician groups while guiding network expansion and staff development.

You will oversee a team, analyze KPI data, and collaborate with internal and provider-facing stakeholders to drive improved access and cost performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in contracting, network development or provider relations.
• Experience negotiating with hospitals, health systems and large physician groups.
• Leadership experience including hiring and coaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider network strategy across Missouri.
• Analyze provider, network and financial KPIs to identify opportunities and develop actionable strategies.
• Lead complex negotiations with hospitals, health systems and large physician groups.
• Develop market strategies and support new business launches.
• Coach and develop contracting and network teams; oversee staff and outside consultants.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
• Communicate market strategy and network performance to internal leaders and providers.
