The role requires 5+ years in product management, CSPO preferred, and strong leadership across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related role; CSPO preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects with detail-oriented execution and strategic thinking.
• Strong technical leadership and ability to engage in technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Define product initiatives by identifying customer and partner needs and business value.
• Partner with User Research and Product Design to translate insights into clear product direction.
• Monitor KPIs, user feedback, analytics, and support trends to inform prioritization decisions.
