Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare, SaaS, product enablement, healthcare technology, or clinical operations experience
• 5+ years of client-facing leadership experience supporting clinical products, services, or technology solutions
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in highly matrixed organizations
• Experience with Utilization Management, Hospital Services, Care Management, Clinical Operations, or Clinical Decision Support solutions
• Experience establishing governance structures and performance management frameworks
• Experience translating clinical, operational, and technical concepts into actionable business strategies

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary relationship leader for strategic client stakeholders
• Define, implement, and oversee value management strategies demonstrating clinical, operational, and financial impact
• Lead performance reviews and customer success initiatives to maximize outcomes
• Coordinate activities across clinical operations, technology, implementation, product management, sales, and renewals
