Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum five years in post-award research administration or related financial administration.
• Strong knowledge of post-award regulations and reporting requirements (e.g., 2 CFR 200).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet and financial reporting tools (e.g., Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for post-award operations across the award lifecycle.
• Supervise staff and coordinate day-to-day award actions with guidance on complex issues.
• Manage subawards, budgets, and closeout activities with sponsor approvals as needed.
• Serve as primary liaison for investigators, sponsors, and OSP.
• Develop shared tracking tools for units to monitor post-award activities.
• Lead preparation and submission of major sponsor reports and audits.
