Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have RN license in the U.S.
• 8+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• 5+ years in ambulatory clinical operations and population health leadership.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and partnering with physicians/payers.
• Willing to work Mountain Time Zone hours and travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for ambulatory clinical service lines including care management and value-based care programs.
• Oversee staffing, operations, productivity, and performance across the department.
• Develop and execute population health strategies aligned with contract performance measures.
• Lead collaboration with physicians, payers, and internal partners to optimize outcomes and financials.
• Drive improvement of readmissions, ED utilization, HEDIS/STAR measures, and patient engagement.
