Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Director of Patient Intelligence Strategy & Governance, a fully remote role based in the United States. You will shape enterprise patient intelligence, define frameworks, and govern analytics assets to support strategic decisions across therapeutic areas.

You will partner with Strategy, Platforms & Technology and drive adoption of standards across geographies. The role requires 8+ years in patient/healthcare analytics, strong governance experience, and exceptional

Proven governance frameworks, standards, and measurement methodologies.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence across matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide patient intelligence strategy, standards, and governance.
Own patient intelligence capabilities, ensuring standardization and reusability of insights.
Define KPIs and measurements across brands and enterprise functions.
Translate objectives into data, analytics, and decision-support requirements.
Partner with Strategy, Platforms & Technology to align with data strategy and tech capabilities.
Prioritize roadmaps, backlogs, and value realization for patient intelligence initiatives.
Drive adoption of governance standards and reusable assets across geographies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and develop solutions.
