Reynolds Consumer Products is seeking a Director, Omnichannel - Mass & Club to lead the integrated digital commerce strategy for Mass and Club. This remote role reports to Corporate Headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

You will own the omnichannel growth agenda, translating retailer priorities into an aligned roadmap across eCommerce, digital shelf, content, retail media, analytics and commercial execution. The role requires 10+ years in eCommerce or omnichannel, experience with Mass/Club customers

Qualifications

• 10+ years in eCommerce/omnichannel or digital commerce.
• Experience translating retailer priorities into growth plans.
• Preferred experience with Walmart and Mass/Club customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead omnichannel growth agenda across eCommerce, digital shelf, content, retail media and analytics.
• Partner with Sales and enterprise Digital capabilities to set priorities and allocate resources.
• Build integrated roadmaps translating retailer priorities into actionable plans.
• Establish a customer-level digital scorecard and drive profitable growth.
• Coach cross-functional teams and drive scalable omnichannel ways of working.
