Job summary

The role collaborates with the Office of the Provost and industry partners to ensure program integrity, workforce alignment, and student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong leadership and governance skills.
• Experience shaping workforce-aligned curricula and student outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all Trades programs.
• Lead curriculum development, instructional technology adoption, and program improvement.
• Recruit and develop faculty, mentors, and staff.
• Ensure accreditation readiness and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with industry partners and university offices to align programs with workforce needs.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Industrial Technology, Facilities Management, Business, or a closely related field
