Job summary

First Business Bank is seeking a Director of Procurement to provide centralized oversight of the end-to-end procure-to-pay process. You will lead strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, and KPI-driven reporting across ~300 vendors with an annual spend near $30 million.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT and operations, reporting to the Chief Risk Officer. This role combines senior leadership with hands-on program management in procurement excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, accounting, risk management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, third-party risk management, procure-to-pay, finance operations, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing and Procurement: develop and lead the company’s strategic sourcing program across key spend categories with formalized processes.
• Accounts Payable and Finance Coordination: own end-to-end P2P processes and collaborate with Finance to improve data quality and cycle times.
• Reporting and Analytics: establish transparent, decision-useful reporting and KPI tracking for enterprise spend and supplier performance.
• Governance and Risk Management: administer a risk-based procurement governance framework with Compliance and Legal.
