Job summary

Silicon Ranch, a leading provider of solar and renewable energy solutions, is seeking a Director, Sourcing to own strategy, category management, and risk for major equipment. You will collaborate with engineering, legal, and project management, lead negotiation of MSAs, and ensure cost competitiveness, quality, and supply continuity across modules, transformers, inverters, and racking.

The role requires 6–8 years in sourcing with renewables experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in strategic sourcing or procurement with leadership experience.
• Experience in renewables, power, construction, or related infra.
• Proven track record negotiating complex commercial transactions and master agreements.
• Experience with EPC contracts and logistics for major equipment.
• Trade-compliance knowledge relevant to solar and ITC.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year procurement strategy for key equipment.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Run QBRs and supplier performance metrics.
• Structure MSAs and long-term procurement frameworks.
• Manage equipment budget and savings targets.
• Oversee trade compliance and risk management.
• Coordinate planning, logistics, and FAT/testing with Engineering.
• Develop and scale procurement processes and governance.
