Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a Director of Security and Privacy to lead enterprise security and privacy programs across HCUS. This executive role advises leadership on HIPAA, SOC 2, and regulatory requirements, guiding risk management, incident response, and governance for PHI protection.

The position coordinates with HLUS, FTYO, Product Security, and other teams to ensure a risk-based, integrated approach that supports business objectives and regulatory compliance across cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Privacy, Risk Management, or a related field is required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in information security, privacy, compliance, risk management, healthcare technology, or related discipline.
• 3+ years leading security, privacy, compliance, or governance programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the organization’s HIPAA Security Officer and HIPAA Privacy Officer.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and enforce information security and privacy program.
