You will partner with Dentist Owners and executive leadership to drive budgets, growth plans, and performance metrics while maintaining high standards of service and ethics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the orthodontic field.
• 2+ years of multi-site management experience.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Proficiency in delegation and remote management.
• Excellent communication across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and mentorship of operations across practices.
• Manage annual budgets, strategic planning, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with owner dentists and executive leadership on operational decisions.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions for performance.
• Develop talent, training plans, and ensure compliance with company standards.
