We’re seeking aDirector of Lifecycle Marketing & Growth Strategyto lead client growth initiatives and internal projects. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer with expertise in lifecycle campaigns, customer journey optimization, and data-backed decision-making. You’ll collaborate with startups across industries to drive measurable impact—balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
Develop & Execute Growth Strategies:Design end-to-end lifecycle marketing plans (email, SMS, push notifications) to boost acquisition, activation, and retention.
Client Leadership:Serve as the primary growth consultant, presenting insights, managing deliverables, and aligning cross-functional teams.
Data & Experimentation:Analyze customer behavior, run A/B tests, and optimize campaigns using tools like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Iterable.
Content & Messaging:Craft high-converting copy and oversee content frameworks (with support from an in-house editor).
Technical Optimization:Monitor deliverability, list hygiene, and segmentation to maximize engagement.
Performance Reporting:Build dashboards, track KPIs (CAC, LTV, churn), and demonstrate ROI to clients.
AI-Driven Efficiency:Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and scalability.
Experience:5+ years in growth marketing, lifecycle campaigns, or agency roles (startup/scale-up exposure preferred).
Technical Skills:Proficiency in CRM platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot), analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and experimentation frameworks.
Strategic Mindset:Ability to audit growth funnels, prioritize opportunities, and translate data into actionable plans.
Communication:Exceptional client-facing skills—able to articulate complex ideas clearly and diplomatically.
Adaptability:Thrives in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects with autonomy.
Competitive Compensation:$85K–$100K base salary (or local equivalent) + monthly profit-sharing bonuses.
