You will shape strategy, drive adoption, and deliver measurable improvements in case resolution and customer experience.

You will lead a focused ServiceNow team, aligning stakeholders across the organization to translate challenges into scalable solutions, while ensuring governance and data quality

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading large-scale service management or IT service delivery programs.
• Experience guiding a major enterprise platform, including roadmap, governance, and adoption.
• Strong understanding of support workflows, case management, knowledge management, and service metrics.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire established technical and operational teams.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with leaders across business units.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate broad objectives into measurable outcomes.
