You’ll guide architecture, set standards, and recruit, develop and retain top engineering talent. You will drive AI adoption, ensure secure and compliant delivery, and partner with product, design and leadership to align

Qualifications

• Significant software engineering depth with system design experience at senior level.
• Proven ability to hire, mentor and grow engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools and AI-assisted development in production.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow engineering teams across disciplines and levels.
• Be the technical leader in architecture reviews and technology choices.
• Own delivery outcomes with emphasis on quality, velocity and mission value.
• Drive modern engineering practices: CI/CD, testing, observability, IaC, secure-by-default.
• Champion AI fluency and practical AI capabilities across projects.
• Remove obstacles and shield teams from cross-team noise.
