Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Director, Launch Excellence in the United States to lead commercialization excellence during a period of growth. You will drive cross-functional planning and execution across global priorities, partnering with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply, Legal, Finance and regional teams.

The role may evolve to include people leadership as the function scales, with a focus on governance, tools, and scalable processes to accelerate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a biotech/healthcare field or related area.
• 10+ years leading cross-functional commercialization projects.
• Experience supporting global commercial organizations and launch readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management support for global commercialization initiatives.
• Drive execution of global commercialization initiatives with milestones, timelines, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Coordinate inputs across functions to develop cohesive commercialization plans.
• Facilitate planning, governance, and decision-making forums with clear actions and ownership.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and execution challenges.
• Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, timelines, and reporting tools for senior stakeholders.
• Support launch readiness activities and other critical commercialization initiatives.
• Align development, lifecycle, medical, market access, and commercial plans and deliverables.
• Evolve PM capabilities with tools, templates, and governance for scalable execution.
• Strengthen cross-functional operating models as the organization scales.
