UofL Health is seeking a Director of IT HIPAA Security to lead the organization’s HIPAA privacy and information security program. The role focuses on implementing risk assessments, auditing IT systems, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA requirements to protect PHI across the health network.

The director will collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT to evolve policies, train staff, and manage security incidents, while aligning with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.

Competenze

• Minimum five years of information security experience.
• Five years of HIPAA privacy regulatory experience.
• Experience developing healthcare privacy programs.
• Must be open to relocating to Louisville, KY area.
