Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospital billing, patient financial services, or revenue cycle operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of hospital billing operations, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, denial management, accounts receivable, and revenue cycle metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital billing operations for the Presbyterian Delivery System and Home Health/Hospice services.
• Oversee third-party billing, denial management, and cash collections to optimize reimbursement.
• Monitor accounts receivable and implement performance-improvement initiatives.
• Promote compliant, streamlined billing practices with strong internal controls and audits.
