Qualifications

• 10–12 years eDiscovery experience, with at least 5 years with an eDiscovery service provider or a law firm.
• Bachelor's Degree Required; JD preferred.
• Experience with Litigation case management is preferred.
• Expert in eDiscovery software delivery methodologies, tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of legal technology experts.
• Oversee the firm’s eDiscovery function, establish best practices and workflows.
• Advise attorneys and clients on eDiscovery strategy across litigation, investigations, regulatory matters, arbitration, and internal reviews.
• Monitor developments in eDiscovery law, technology, analytics, data privacy, and information governance.
• Develop budgets, estimates, and vendor recommendations for eDiscovery processing from discovery through trial.
• Prepare project documentation including design specs, vendor processing, and reporting.
• Coordinate resources and track project progress and workflow.
• Develop vendor relationships and upgrade recommendations for systems and technology.
